                              RESOLUTION NO. 21466
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH TOWERS PERRIN, RELATIVE TO THE
                 MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEE MEDICAL COSTS, FOR AN
                 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
                 ($18,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Towers Perrin to perform 
consulting
       services, data processing and a medical cost analysis with
       projections relative to the management of employee medical costs
       for an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
